I've been a customer here before and now I currently work here. Despite what other people will tell you working here has been really great. I don't understand how the other customers ended up wit their experiences but I will say that me and most of my fellow coworkers do our best to achieve the fullest amount of customer satisfaction possible.
No biggie; we and our money went to Whataburger and got what we wanted.
But you say there's no fish sandwich.
We like to stop by on evenings when time is short, and the kids are hungry. The staff is always friendly; the food is good, and the price is affordable.
Saw the sign yesterday, drove 20 minutes today to get a fish sandwich, but after waiting for 5 minutes at the speaker, you tell me there's no fish sandwich. Just drove off. Done with Wendy's.
Worst Wendy's in tallahassee. They don't know spicy from homestyle. Your order is likely to be wrong and food is cold majority of the times. Please go to n Monroe or s Monroe please. Do not go to Wendy's on capital circle

EDIT: got out-voted to go here, but looked up how late they are open to make sure it's not another wasted 20 minute trip, internet says they're open until midnight and it was only 10:30 so we were good to go. Goorgle won't let me post a screenshot of the hours showing they're supposed to be open until midnight. Got there at 10:50 and they were closing down and refused to serve us. Now not only will I never come back to this Wendy's, I'll never patron ANY Wendy's ANYwhere.
If I could give it no stars and explain that the service was terrible. Ordered 5 meals. The Kids meal was a grilled chicken wrap with apples and a coke. They gave me fries, I took it back she said there aren't any apples. I asked for a plain potato, they don't have that either. Offered a frosty, kid can't have a frosty. Asked for a manager cashier didn't get her. But said let's get you a refund. Manager asked what's the refund for, I said all I need is something plain like a salad. Handed me a salad to go, no fork. No dressing choice. Never again
