Definitely a full step up from Burger King and McDonald's, I've never eaten at a Whataburger. Never in my 40 something years...
“Hey so my girlfriend and I are here for thanksgiving from Los Angeles and leaving tomorrow early but I really wanted her to try a honey butter chicken biscuit and I know it’s 10:40 and they don’t serve till 11:00 can we order on though?” “No sorry unfortunately they don’t serve till 11: 00 “. “Oh ok well I understand, can we have one on the order ticket though because I don’t believe the 8 people’s food I paid for will be complete in 20 minutes.” “Unfortunately you need to come back and order, also your dog needs to leave.” “My animal is a service animal and will not leave and I suppose I will come back for an additional order in 20 minutes.” Welcome to Tallahassee... honestly do not understand this and am quite frustrated when I lived in Dallas or in Austin I never had such incompetent managers, and they were always about trying to make the customer happy. Seems to me that there are so many college students trying to persuade staff that there is a grandiose persona catering toward company policy using such as a reference for being rude to customers and it was not appreciated. I was simply trying to show my girlfriend the whataburger I had grown accustomed to in my youth and how much I loved it, instead I was met with discord and in turn hostility when I argued with the manager. Please address this whataburger because I know this is not the corporate values.
Another fast food joint that I have enjoyed for years. Service and friendliness of staff are much better than your typical fast food establishment. Good value and good burgers.

I got the worst food poisoning of my life from this Whataburger. A full day in the hospital and almost a week later and I still haven't been able to return to work. I will never go back to Whataburger even if my life depended on it.
I like the food and like the service. I will definitely visit again. Whataburger was a pleasant experience despite it being a "fast food" restaurant.
While visiting Tallahassee this past week for classes, I had an opportunity to eat here not once - but 3 times - over the course of 6 days.
I usually go to Whataburger in the morning before breakfast and the service is fine for the most part. With the exception of Quintina G (manager). I walk in to the lobby to place an order and I ask "How is your day?," and she is unable to comprehend with a simple greeting. Instead she ignores it and proceeds to take your order. Extremely rude!!! I ask her if this how she normally acts with customers and she stated; "yep that's how it is." This is not the first time she has done this, its just that this morning I decided to say something. Ms. Quintina is very unprofessional and gives that place a bad image. I highly advise not to go to this restaurant during the morning shift.
Polite and friendly staff - fast drive thru - and even better prices that most similar fast food restaurants. My favorite offering was the cheese grits.
Fast food bag had plenty of napkins, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, butter, jelly and even ketchup. No need to complain as all the necessary condiments could be found inside the bag.
