Dr. Morales and the staff at Healthy Solutions are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I lost 45 pounds on the diet and the entire process was monitored by Dr. Morales, who began the diet with a comprehensive, personal review of my medical status. Unlike other similar places in town, Dr. Morales is hands on and reviews every week's results. Great experience and would highly recommend to those serious about losing weight!
I went on the Diet for my 50th Birthday Present to myself, and I lost 63 pounds... I have kept them off for 2 years, but then I am going through the change in Life, and am taking 2 hormone meds, and I am starting to let some of it creep back on. I have gained 17 pounds back in going on 3 years, so I am going back on to take those back off. I want to do it now before it is to hard. I know I can do this as I am on the right track, but i need to get my motor running again.. and This is the place to do it! they are so Kind, Sweet and there to help you in any way you need! Or i would not go back to them... for just 17 pounds. But I trust these people with everything I am.
