Very relaxing, i had the 20 minute table massage and that was weeks ago however I still feel more relaxed and not as stiff in my back and shoulders and since I work on my feet for up to ten hours a day that's a plus and it only cost me $25. It's located right in governor's square Mall definitely recommend going. I even took a friend there and she got a chair massage and a few days later she was telling all her friends about it. Definitely going back.
