This place is very unclear about its hours. It's standard for a storage place to have access 24/7, and online, it says "24 hour access." Just to make sure, I looked around the building for signs, and only found those stating the office hours, none for the access hours. I wound up locked out of the building with my unit unlocked and open at 10PM. I had to wait until it opened at 6AM to secure my things. Abnormal hours for a storage place with no signs (or anything anywhere) to warn of this.
Great customer service from manager, Terry. Clean and roomy units. Well lit for after dark or daytime use. Would recommend to anyone that needs climate controlled storage.
