Bill the mechanic was very helpful and nice. I don't know anything about bikes and had LOTS of questions, and both Bill and the owner gladly explained everything I wanted to know. I am very appreciative of their help. I will give them all of my business when it comes to bikes.
The employees were phenomenal. As soon as I walked in they were offering to help, getting to know me on a personal level, and going out of their way to just be awesome in general. I won't be going to any other bike shop in Tallahassee ever again.
Shows genuine care and respect for customers through their work. For example, went in for a flat, and without asking Dan fixed my tire seat as well. A small act that just shows the high quality of service and genuine care they have for their customers.
