I love that they carry used bikes. So few bike stores do this anymore. If you are looking at trying a new type of riding, there are few better ways to experiment than to pick up a used bike. You can get the type of bike you want without dropping a few thousand bucks.
Joe's has great prices on parts and service. I have to drive by 3 other local shops to get to Joe's at Lake Ella, but it is worth it as he has great prices on parts and service. For example, Joe's sells tubes for $5 whereas I was charged $8.99 the same tube at another shop. I had a bladed spoke on my road bike replaced for $10.
Usually really nice service and seem to want to take care of you right. I got a used Gary fisher for under $300 dollars. They had it cleaned up and gave free services I believe for a year. I had a tube pop and they changed it for free. They have a decent selection of products nothing like a big store though. I do really like the helmet I got from here. Would advice people to check this place out for a great used bike. Grabbing the Gary Fisher made mountain biking a lot more enjoyable.
Great customer service at a very reasonable price. I needed a rear single speed rim for my daughter's Beach Cruiser. I didn't want to pay more than the bike was worth but I also didn't want to scrap the bike. Joe's Bicycle Shop had a high quality used rim in stock and charged a very fair price. Thanks!
