They don't honor the "Lifetime Warranty". On 8/1/16 I had the port replaced on my phone. A little less than 9 months later I have the same phone charging issue. This location hardly looked at my phone and said it is charging . I can leave the phone on the charge for 10 hours starting with a 15% charge, if I'm lucky I get a 63% charge. I emailed corporate and 2 weeks later no response for them either. I will never have anything repaired at the chain again.
This review is not about customer service. Because they were extremely pleasant and helpful. But, the screens they had were not compatible to my iphone. Even new batches they ordered. I had to take my phone in FIVE times trying different screens. Ended up having to pay for my old shattered screen to be put back on- because at least it worked!
My phone screen was unresponsive. The workers were very friendly fast and efficient. They replaced my screen and it works great!

Service was great, my computer was ready when they said it would be, I would definitely refer them to others. Being from out of town and my laptop fell and cracked the screen, I didn't know what to do. I'm glad I saw their number online when I looked up computer repair
