for elsewhere. If you don't hafta have the absolute newest phones out there, this is the place to go.
My mom took her iPad here...however, I wish she had called me first. Her issue was every time she tried to use an app it would close out and bring her back to her home screen. They did a basic reset and CHARGED her $30!!!! This is outrageous!! Clearly they took advantage of the fact that she is technologically challenged. So so sad.....they didn't even teach her how to handle this simple problem herself. Shameful.

Great service here. I bought 2 phones here, you can get them for about half the cost at att/verizon. Very helpful and willing to explain things to you, no hidden agenda or fees or any of that. They have even done a few things for free that I'm sure I would have been charged
