He was very polite, and he came on time and was so kind to answer all my questions diligently. I have been using Tallahassee for years and have always had a good experience. At first, I didn't know what to expect as I have had my fair share of disappointments from similar outfits. But this company reassured my belief that there are still capable hands out there, you only need to find them. What I enjoyed most is their prompt response and very sound technicians. It feels good to know I now have people to ring when my AC gets cranky again.
