I called Ken Fuqua's office to ask some very basic questions about coverage of dental benefits. For example, "Are there limitations on Nitrous Oxide with covered general dentists for kids?"
After three attempts to explain my question in different ways I gave up. Don't waste your time, there has to be more experienced and knowledgeable agents out there.
He kept referring to the two-page brochure and answering me with non-related answers such as "If you read the top of the brochure which discusses specialty dentists..., or "How old are your kids?" This has nothing to do with the plan benefits or the questions!
