Had an interview with Geico. The two men that interviewed me were very unprofessional and VERY disorganized!! I showed up to my interview thirty minutes early, and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes after interview time. The interviewers NEVER sat down even after I offered them a seat!! Very unprofessional, you could tell that they were going to hire a person that they already knew! Have a new job now, will never interview with Geico again. If the interview was this bad I can only imagine how the actual job is. I am changing my insurance!! Why do I even have to put a star.
Went one day and didn't realize they hadn't opened yet and the lady didn't even acknowledge that I was there. The following day it was open and I went in only to find out (very politely) they don't take cash. I had to drive a half mile away to get a money order. Normally use debit card online however I had an issue with my bank. Most inconvenient time ever.
Been insured 5 years. Love the service.

Talk about being unhappy! I was sent an email that congratulated me on moving but buried four paragraphs in told be that may\may-not have been adjusted due to state requirements. They fail to collect a form and now I have to pay for coverage that I never wanted or used. Horrible customer service when I called as well...
