They were over an hour late and did not call customer
They found 2 water leaks on the main line in my yard that other plumbers could not find and fixed them promptly. They were courteous and professional.
Paid $285 for them to find a leak in my slab. They didn't find the main leak, so my plumber (that I was paying more money to) ended up having to rip up more flooring to find it himself. That's what I was trying to avoid by paying the leak detectors come out! American Leak Detectors called for feedback on my experience and when I explained my frustration they didn't apologize or thank me for my feedback, simply said, "Okay, well call us if you need help in the future." YEA RIGHT!!!!
