Just reading the one star reviews. Where to begin.. I was in the wholesale HVAC industry in Tallahassee for 25 years. I came to Kieth Lawson because i could see first hand how they treat their customers and employees. Every position in this company is filled by loyal employees that have been promoted from within because of their commitments to customers service. Most of the one stars on here, are either disgruntled ex employees that could not live up to our standards, or people who are ultimately miss informed. This company will not install "mis-matched" systems, or for that matter anything that does not have an AHRI rating. We also do not install dishwashers at all. We do not do electrical work. I do not recommend this company. We had an on demand hot water heat installed in our home and were not getting hot water in most of the house. Finally, after three plumbers on separate visits failed to find the problem and told me it was my imagination, the fourth very experienced plumber realized that not one of the previous workers ever noticed that the switch that pumps hot water through the house was not turned on. It was during this fourth visit when I asked for a different plumber to check the system out that the problem was solved. He called the company that made the unit and they told him to turn up the power on the pump. He then realized that no one had turned on the pump.
Of course this place is great! I work here! :-)
Just today, had one of your Technitions, Tim Colvin, perform a Water Heater flush on our two (2) Rinnais units. I was very impressed by Mr. Colvin's Professionalism, Courteousness, and Efficiency. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Colvin! I will certainly recommend Kieth Lawson Services to my friends, and especially Mr. Colvin.
