The Worse Experience Ever, I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. The on call tech and the process of the company is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE DEALING WITH PLUMBING.....................I wish there was a way to give negative stars because one star is too much to give to this company. This was a wonderful experience and very polite company to work with. The plumber assigned to me "Willie" went out of his way to be kind and courteous and friendly. He was timely and even helped clear up something from the appliance distributor that could have been problematic. It was nice to see someone with experience that cared about the company he worked for. I will most certainly be using Dowdy Plumbing for all my needs in the future.
