Maybe they are better with residences, but don't take your commercial business to them.

That is possibly the worst service I have ever encountered. Go somewhere else with your money.
The worst service you can ever get. I've been to McDonalds and Wall-Mart and have gotten much better service. Not only were they extremely rude and really nasty the whole time they were working on our pipes. They had the decency to charge us twice. I could not believe it. I was almost about to call the attorneys general office because there is no way that a company could be this bad. You are absolutely wasting your money with this company. My brother was the one who suggested them to me, well, I'm about to dis-brother him. No loved one would ever put you in the position as I was put with them. Bless his heart he thought this was a good company. You would think 20 something years will put some sense into them. Well, you would think very very wrong. Absolutely disgraceful company and a joke of a company.
Gave us a quote 1.5 months ago, then said the part was no longer available.
I had them do a complete bathroom turnover and add a few shut offs for a sink. Not once did I get a call/email to confirm I was happy with either of the jobs that were done, or any follow up of any kind. When I pay a professional I expect the job to look professional when completed too. Not changing out the Flange/cover for either sink supply lines or a toilet supply line not having any cover at all. The shower diverter valve Cold side installed was a 1/4 inch off the tile and they did not line up (one pointer at 9:00 the other at 2:00) I will not be using them on any of my future projects.
Took them another month of repeatedly calling to finally here that they are not going to take the job and would not come out to give us another quote.
