They hire extremely shady contractors for their company, Craig Ross specifically. He does not pay his subcontractors and in return they come after you, the homeowner, with liens and court claims. If you check his local court documents he has dozens of small court claims against him for such actions. If you decide to use this company, it would be beyond wise to make sure he is not your contractor or project manager.
Yesterday, he said he would check the roof and give me an estimation in the morning. Today, he said it cost $300 to come and check it. It would count as a credit for the repair though. Even putting a nail there costs $300. He should have told that yesterday.
Roofer is great. Goes on the roof and looks around and lets you know if insurance might cover your roof. Helps you with any insurance issues or problems as well. Gets it done in a day at my house. Recommend to anyone I know.
