Horrible work! They put in a new skylight and had to come back twice due to it leaking within a 4 week period. 2 years later we have to pay another roofer to fix the mess. Lloyds did not seal the sunlight properly despite coming back twice. The plywood underneath had to be replaced and the roof treated for mold. Thanks Lloyd for doing incompetent work.

Lloyd Roofing & Construction is fast, reliable and great customer service!!! They were also very affordable and came in with a quote well below others we had looked at. In addition to all this, they were able to come out immediately and begin work on out roof to meet requirements made by our insurance in time for us to get our renewal processed. We were extremely happy with their service and they even waived the processing fee so that we could pay with a credit card and receive double miles being offered as a special that month!!! I can't say enough good things about them!
I can't say enough good things about Lloyd roofing. Their pricing is more than fair for the quality of work they provide. I loved working with Travis and Julie (the owners). You can tell they care about making sure the job gets done the right way. I would recommend Lloyd to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
Wow!! One of the most honest contractors I've ever had the pleasure of using. We live out of town and needed a new roof for our house in Tallahassee. They quoted us a price, we asked them to do extra work, and when they called to finalize the payment it was the same as the original quote. I've never had this happen before with any other contractors. Julie, Stewart and the entire crew are awesome to work with.
The office staff and work crew were all professional and courteous to me, and when I needed work done it was painless and fast. Their price was good too--I did some shopping around and one company wanted 5k more to do the same job. How is that possible?
