Last year they had a fellow calling prior customers to set up maintenance plans. I set one up and then cancelled. Last year was difficult financially, and I just could not do it. The man was so persistent with phone calls, etc. afterwards that I finally had to block his number. I found him to be offensive and almost felt like I was being stalked on the phone.
I like Robbie a lot, and they did an excellent job for me several years ago installing gutters at a rental house. I really hate writing this current review, but I feel that I must so you do not waste your time. I do not feel like I can honestly recommend them to anyone now.
Enjoyed working with Jared and his Staff. They are a first class operation all the way, great attention to detail. I definitely recommend them. 5 stars!!
This year I decided to do some gutter work at my home, but was not sure how much. They sent someone over and I got an estimate to clean them out and add screens. Later decided didn't want to add screens, just have them cleaned out. Could never get an estimate for that from them. Subsequently called for an estimate for the rental, never heard from them. Called and talked to Melissa. They had the estimate for the rental done, I just did not know it. She promised to email it to me that day, along with revised estimate for my home. Never received either. Called one more time and left a message with Robbie as the phone was apparently forwarded to him. Never heard from them and finally gave up. Will use someone else.
Amazing, just amazing. So refreshing to find a company that tells you what they are going to do & does it. At the price they said it would be. Plus a great job. I think I have the best looking roof in Leon county. He said it would take three to five days, it took four days, spot on again. Supervisors were on the job almost non stop. But now that the roof looks so good we are having them back to install all new gutters at the best price in town. They made me a deal I couldn't refuse. If you can't make up your mind which roofer to choose? Let me make it easy for you, GUTTERHAWK. I do recommend!
Great company very professional! I called them and with in the week they were out with an estimate and had them schedule the work to be done. Highly recommend!
I had gutters installed about 3 months ago and they did a great job. They even adjusted an existing gutter that was sagging and did not charge me. They were fast and professional. I will definitely use them again.
