My opinion, best place to buy a scooter in Tallahassee. They know everything there is to know about scooters and they're always willing to help.
I've taken my scooter here a couple of times to get it fixed or tuned up, and have never been let down with the customer service! Everyone I have talked to that works here is super polite, and happy to help. They will only try to sell you on what you actually need, and my scooter has always been taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, with a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend coming here whether you're looking for a new scooter, or just need to get yours worked on. :)
While shopping for a scooter at "All about Scooters" I was at first happy with the selection and pricing they had available. However, after spending some more time there I realized that the staff were rude and incompetent of simple customer service qualities I learned while running a lemonade stand when I was 5. Additionally the website where they advertise prices for the scooters in the store is not up to date and they will not honor the lower advertised prices. To say the least I did not give them my business and don't suggest you do either, there is another scooter store on the other side of town that offers better prices and customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Great customer service!!! they're super nice guys and go above and beyond to help you out. Great prices for their work. I wouldn't bring my bike anywhere else.
Purchased a Genuine Roughhouse 50 scooter from the gentleman at All About Scooters, and had an amazing experience. They were very helpful throughout the entire shopping process, and set me up with my dream vehicle. When I began to have engine issues resulting from missing regular oil changes, they helped explain how to avoid such issues in the future and made prompt repairs. They were extremely patient when I needed time to collect funds to pay for their work, and kept great communication the entire time. I trust their judgments to the fullest extent, and will continue to do business with them in the future. They truly have their customer's best interests in mind (unlike other scooter places in Tallahassee that I've done business with in the past). Would reccomend 10/10 times, especially for those incoming freshman looking to improve their mobility without breaking the bank.
