Instead of replacing the tire again, I was told it was a "normal" problem with the bead on the tire and they said they applied "beading" to seal it.
Update: The District Manager saw this review and called. He replaced the damaged tire and the other tire that was purchased with a better grade of tire, and also allowed me to purchase the other two tires at a good price to make them a matching set. The installation and work was completed at their NE Capital Circle shop, who did great, reliable work. Thank you.
They got me in fast, diagnosed the problem and had me out of there in no time. Lance and his crew were absolutely phenomenal and I would highly recommend anybody take thir cars to them.
I live about 30 minutes out of town and drive very early in the morning and late at night with my job. This shop put my life in danger every time they send me out with a tire they KNOW is damaged.
One developed several bubbles in it in March/April. I took it in and they replaced it without a problem. But when they installed the replacement tire they damaged the bead. Found this out only after a flat tire on the side of the road at 10:00 at night on the way home after a 14 hour exhausting shift at work...and four trips to their shop later my tire is still going flat, losing 10lbs every other day.
Recently I had work done on my car at a different, larger shop in town and mentioned the problem with the tire to them.
I bought two new tires in January 2016.
As a courtesy they looked at it and later told me whoever installed the tire damaged the bead and that my rim is fine.
They got me in fast, diagnosed the problem and had me out of there in no time. Even walked me out to my car and assisted me with putting my infant on my car. Common courtesy at its best. Thanks again for the fast polite service on a very busy Saturday morning, greatly appreciated.
Quick turnaround. More importantly, they quoted me $63 and that's what I paid. I've been burned on mechanics in Tallahassee before so it's good to find an honest mechanic (not to suggest that most mechanics aren't).
My car was there for a week with them claiming that someone had just quit so they hadn't got around to giving me a quote. Weeks later they don't call so I call to see what's going on and they say they have an estimate but need to find it and call me right back. Days later no call so I call back and finally get an estimate. I was thinking that maybe the didn't have anyone there that knew how to drive a manual transmission but what ever it was their level of communication was horrible.
