OVERPRICED. WRONG. They gave me an estimate for thermostat hoses gaskets, etc. $1200 w parts. I'm at another shop that's doing all that & timing chain for less than $700. You lost me w/"you won't find the parts cheaper. You lost that w/me only spending $116 for all my parts.
Wonderful company. Answered all my questions and showed me my options without pushing sales at me. Time and cost estimates were very accurate! Definitely cared more about me and my well being than about the money they could get out of me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Tallahassee area!
BEWARE of this place! I was coming back from my grandfather's funeral and passing through Tallahassee when my jeep started to overheat... I Googled local mechanics and this place popped up so I took my jeep there. They charged me $60 to tell me my engine was blown and that they could replace it with a used engine for $4,200! They said there would be no way for me to be able to make it home... First red flag, you can get a used engine for $500 just about anywhere... They even offered to scrap my jeep... So I take my chances driving back home to Tampa while watching my gauges very carefully, and get a second opinion. Come to find out it was a bad thermostat... A simple $40 fix. Thanks for nothing Auto Alley - Karma is nothing to mess with!

Great people. Very nice and helpful. Reasonable prices. I live a little over a mile away, they take me home and pick me up when my car is done. I love that!
