Clay was easy to deal with and very understanding. With his help I was able to get my vehicle towed to him and looked at without having to miss work. He was honest, and informed me about the car's issues quickly and the diagnostic fee was under 50 bucks, very fair considering how thorough Clay was. I'd definately bring my vehicle to him again.
Its a thursday at 12:30 and im calling around trying to find out if i just need a diagnistic or what i need to get my a/c repaired. All i get here is voicemail telling me the hours of operation.
After being ripped off by several local mechanics on my daughter's older vehicle, someone was kind enough to point me to Clay. Whether your vehicle be old or new, Clay is the guy to go to. Fair, honest, and reliable. Just a good guy.
So i waited 30 min, tried again and just get voicemail. I really need to talk to someone about pricing before going ahead and scheduling an appointment so it would be great if you could just answer the damn phone.
I've been taking trucks and cars to Clay's Automotive for over 20 years. He is truly a master mechanic and can diagnose and repair electrical, air conditioning, diesel, and other difficult problems that most mechanics can't begin to fix. He has always been up front, honest and fair with me and other family members. I have a relative from Atlanta that brings her car to Clay for anything more than an oil change. Clay is a real automotive professional!!!
Great service today. His son I guess had a great sense of humor while I picked up my boss's limo!
