American Health Imaging was Fantastic. I had some high anxiety due to attempting an MRI in a Closed Bore MRI earlier in the day that did not go well. The MRI at AHI was a Wide Bore MRI and the staff made me feel comfortable. They coached me through the process and provided music of my choice to keep me calm. I Highly recommend AHI over any other MRI company in Tallahassee.
I have never had the opportunity to be a part of such customer service. I thought the word customer service just didn't exist anymore. American Health Imaging has restored my belief. There are still good people with that touch of "Plan Old Kindness". This facility is a shining example of the good neighbor policy. Thank you so much. Carmen
My appointment time was 915. I was called back at 9:14 and I was out the door at 9:30. I was very impressed with the staff and the service.
Spotless facility.
Just an incredible place to go to. I was a little nervousel before they did my ultra sound to check my digestive organs but my nerves were swiftly eliminated and I began to relax my body. The lady who took my pictures in the room was very sweet and helpful. She answers my questions promptly and I felt more knowledgeable after the process. I want everyone to give this place a chance because its the best in town. Upscale facility.
