Unprofessional. Doctors are never in the office and do not answer the phone. Refills are very hard to come by. Will never come to this office again.
Today was first time visiting Bond's. The guys at the front desk was courteous. The nurses was polite as well, but the lady with the box braids asked what my visit was for started out polite, but as soon as she exited the waiting room where I was waiting to see the doctor. She was being very sarcastic, and talking about me to other staff that works at Bond's. As if I didn't hear her talking about me. Maybe she didn't care if I heard her or not. I can't help I forgot some of the reasons I was visiting Bond's. We all forget. Especially when you have alot of things on your mind. People like her give black people a bad name. Because of her sarcasm, that make me want to find another Bond location.
Bond Health center is like 3rd world health care center. They; don't give the right information, never answer the phone, most employees have attitudes, there are 2 thugs at the door to handle any negative feedback, plus you won't get an appointment for at least 1 month out. Even for the most open minded person, Bond Health will leave you frustrated and discusted every time. There is ALWAYS something they come up with NOT to give you the proper health care service from my, long time, personal experience. Seems they pick and choose who gets help and who they will just discard.
You deserve a zero, but I can only give you a 1. My family member had a 3pm appt. We arrived at 2:52pm, signed in and waited over an hour to be seen. Finally, at 4:30pm we were told that my family member was marked as a no show even though she clearly signed in and the front desk clerk initialed by her name at 3:19pm that she was here. We didn't see the doctor until after 5:00pm. This is an absolute disgrace!!!! I now see why they are trying to shut you down. You should be!!! I feel sorry for every citizen in this community that only has this facility as an option. No one should have to wait that long for mediocre service - especially when you have an appointment.
If I could rate you 0 stars I would y'all never answer the phone can't get through been calling none stop for a full hour y'all are very lazy you won't do your job won't answer a phone but probably have no problem talking to your friends and playing your games btw I'm also reporting this to my insurance and having you removed I will also make sure to report your sucky asses to someone higher up and hopefully they will either shut you down which is what needs to happen since you won't do your job anyway I have never in my life known anyplace to be like this and I've lived in fort walton Florida you have no excuses for this your a scam if I could use your asses I would your so lazy probably a bunch of big fat asses sitting behind a desk to make a $1 or 2 to say I'm working but not really just working on this last cream filled donut
