Me. Rooter plumbing is the best plumber in Tallahassee! They are extremely quick and professional! Eric and John showed up to my house on time, placed a mat at the door so they would not track into the house, and also placed shoe covers on their boots! They explained every step of the process to me and made me comfortable with it. I have never been more satisfied with a plumber in my history of home ownership. I have had several other plumbers come out to my home overtime through my old home warranty and they were never able to really fix anything completely. This has been the first time I have actually had my problem fixed! My water heater was under warranty, and Eric and John handled the entire warranty process for me. If you need plumbing work, Mr. Rooter is the place to call. If you are doing business with any other plumber in town you are wasting your time and money.
I am so glad that Mr. Rooter was available to service our needs. I had to go out of town while we were putting our house on the market. We had flooring installed and needed to install toilets and a vanity. Also, we had a leak under a bathroom sink. Chris designed a plan at a very affordable rate and got to work. This is the first time I have ever needed to use a plumber, because this was a little beyond my ability to repair. Chris looked over the problem, gave me an estimate, and got to work. They completed the job, checked to make certain that everything was working, properly, and then did a nice job cleaning up afterwards.
