This plumbing company is a joke!
They used to be great but now the owner is stepping away and his spoiled man-child of a son is taking over and the business is suffering. They kept my 70 year old mother waiting 3 hours with no call and no show. Unacceptable! In the old days when the original owner and Helen his receptionist were there they would have made a phone call. Now, Helen after working there for decades has left. The son is taking over and service has taken a serious dive. My mother and i have used White's for decades! She even re-plumbed her entire house with them. You'd think there would be so loyalty there for a customer like that but no. We will no longer give White's our business which is a real shame. We each own a house and have several rental properties. Hope it's worth it. Your son will run this business into the ground and it is already starting!
Don't use this company for new construction. Poor service, left things undone delaying my closing. No communication between office and service. Had to threaten payment to owner Roger more than once.
Not sure if I will continue to use White's Plumbing since Helen is no longer there. Helen was the best I have ever known. In six years I thought Helen was the only one in the office. She was always there to assist a customer.
I did meet the BEST Plumber in Tallahassee "Randy M." He came to the house and did just what I needed him to do. Thanks so much Randy we really appreciate your hard work.
The two instances that I've used White's Plumbing, I've been satisfied with their work. The workers were on time, efficient and answered all of our questions.
White's Plumbing unclogged my sink drain: Came on time, worked professionally and cleanly, solved the problem. This is my second experience with White's. I recommend them without reservation.
