I was a resident at Advisors Brighton Place property and they were terrible. Upon moving into the condo there was a missing cabinet door which Stephanie and Chris both told us would be replaced in a week. Well 6 months passed by before it was finally fixed after multiple calls and excuses that the cabinet had to be special made and all types of other excuses. I finally went to home depot and showed them what I needed they pointed me straight to it. I texted Advisors and told them I was going to get the repair made and take it out of my rent someone was there within two days. Secondly they only respond when its time for rent to be paid if you make a request or need something fixed wait until rent is due or good luck. They also scammed all three of us out of our deposit blaming us for things we reported before we moved in and having Stephanie take care of the final walk through saying we would only be responsible for getting the carpet on the stairs cleaned and charged us $175 then Chris sent a letter and he was not even present for the walk through stating we were responsible for $1300 worth of damages which was totally not true. They have stopped returning my calls, text and emails. I have reported them to the BBB of Florida and also plan on taking Legal action.

I just saw this review and it was completely different than my experience with Advisors. Both Chris & Stephanie have always been available, accommodating and extremely professional. They have always been fair not only with me but with some of my neighbors that also rent from them. Nothing but good comments that I have heard from others. Maybe this guy skipped out or didn't pay rent? Whatever his experience was I can tell you he did something that caused his backlash about Advisors. They are great and I would highly recommend their services for any rental property. Great people, great service!
