I will ignore any place that has this company listed as managers.
These people do NOT return phone calls! I called twice to schedule a walk through of a house and never received a call back even though the so called realtor got the messages.
This to me means if you call them with a problem, forget it nothing will get fixed.
If you want to see a home for rent in Tallahassee, you would best look somewhere else.
Debbie Kirkland and the agents at First Story are the best to work with. Debbie is professional, highly responsive, and maintains the highest ethical standards. You never have to wonder whose best interests she is watching over - it's yours! She goes above and beyond for her buyers and sellers, provides honest input. She doesn't stop after the sale/purchase. She is always available for referrals and for professional advice. Would not use anyone other than she or one of her agents.

This company stinks. I used them on two separate transactions. They act like they are professionals but in reality they have no ethics or idea what they are doing. Keep looking! I only gave them one star because zero stars wasn't an option.
