They allowed me to use my debit card all summer. I trusted them so I reserved through a travel Agency. I got denied due to not having a credit card. Now we're in Tallahassee praying we can get a vehicle so we can drive 13 hours and attend my girlfriend's daughter's wedding.
I was very pleased with the service. The type of car I reserved was not available so I got an alternative and they made an adjustment. The manager called later to find out whether I was satisfied with the alternate car and the adjustment. Excellent customer service!
I would've given them 5 stars but I couldn't even get my money back for prepaid fuel that I didn't agree to but overall the customer service was great and the vehicle was great as well!
The car rental was very easy and painless. We received an upgrade to a larger sedan, same price, without being a SUV which typically doesn't get the same gas mileage. We also didn't have to wait long for the vehicle, as well as we weren't asked 42 questions when we got to the counter. We had a great experience, the car was clean, everything was easy! Thanks Alamo!
Went to the airport with a written reservation. They had no vehicles, stating that the availability of vehicles is often delayed in being reflected on the internet reservation sites.
