Reservations and conformations mean nothing to them. I reserved a vehicle and called to confirm because of the type and when I arrived they had nothing for me. I watched and waited as they took their time to find another vehicle for me. Once they found a vehicle for me I had to get to it. They offered to drive me across town, which they did. But what was supposed to be a quick pick up turned into an hour trip and in turn I was late for where I was supposed to be. No compensation was offered for my inconvience and their mistakes. I won't be using enterprise again if this is what I am to expect.
We waited for more than 50 minutes for getting our reserved full-size vehicle while in other Enterprise offices it took maybe less than 5 minutes. Due to the bad organization of work, the service was so slow even though there were 5+ employees. While we were waiting patiently, one employee suggested us to take a compact economic vehicle instead! Shouldn't it be an upgraded one when the company couldn't meet the reservation? We insisted no change and that was how we spent nearly one hour just to pick up a car. The conclusion is clear here: we won't choose this office again and we won't suggest anyone else to do so either.
If you need a car on the spot great place, one down fall is the guys that clean the cars are responsible for inspecting the cars for damage or dependability of the vehicle. I was given a car with 4 bald tires and was leaving on a 700 mile trip. The car was driving funny and all over the road. When I called staff was not helpful and kept telling me to call someone else. Finally had to trade for another vehicle. Customer service could have been better.
Check-in was nice for a change. The car provided was horrible. It sounded horrible. We didn't notice until I cut the radio down. I guess because it was a replacement while my vehicle was repaired, they gave me that car. The insurance says that my replacement should be equivalent to my car. My car doesn't sound or drive like that. I think Enterprise provides you with a car based on who you are, whether you are paying or the insurance company is paying. I'll never rent from enterprise on a personal level again.
Limited choices like most rental car companies, but this branch has some of the best rental car service I've experienced.
