Easy check and but the best part is when the staff pops out of mid air to retrieve the car and print out your receipt will standing in front of you.. never even had to go back inside the air port ❤️
Returned a car at this location. When I realized that I had left my spirits consisting of a large bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, Seagrums 7 and a fine bottle of cognac that I had just purchased, never opened, in the trunk. I made several calls requesting return of my spirits or resolution. Long story short, the manager for car returns tells me they found my liquor in the car but that it had been thrown away, "company policy". UNOPENED LIQUOR!! No one ever attempted to contact me although my name and phone number was on the car rental agreement. Sure Mr. MANAGER. Hope you enjoyed it.
I was rented a Dodge Challenger (Hemi) with rear tires that didn't have any treads left on them. The TIRES WERE COMPLETELY BALD. The vehicle is a rear wheel drive V8 and I drove 175 miles both ways before (raining) before noticing them.

I came in with a reservation and got my vehicle almost immediately. I know some complain about them not having many vehicles available but that seems understandable for an airport location. The car I rented was in perfect shape with low miles, ran perfectly throughout the entire trip and return was as simple as parking the vehicle while the inspector ran his checks and I was good to go. I appreciate the speedy service and quality. My only complaint that is keeping this from 5 stars is that I left my shades in the vehicle and have not been able to get them returned, a strictly personal issue.
