Don't even waste your time coming to this place, most importantly, because no one works here. They leave a sign on the door that says, "sorry be back later". The biggest joke I've ever experienced. I called corporate, did they help? No. They couldn't even find the worker. Said someone locally would contact me, did that happen? Nope. This was a waste of time and a waste of money. The worst customer service. They need to just close this terrible office down. Hope they aren't paying the person who works there a lot, because they are never there. Terrible company.
They did not have my reserved vehicle ready in a timely manner. They were not accommodating with a reasonably priced substitute vehicle, but their customer service was commendable & pleasant. They are not easy to find, located in a collision center.
After reading all the negative reviews I was leery about renting a car here. This is a very small office in the corner of another business so don't expect a big car rental place. The price was excellent and the service was fine. The car could have been cleaner but was acceptable. The young man working there was pleasant and efficient and did not try and sell me a lot of things I didn't want. I will probably come back again the next time I need to rent a car.
The service is awful! I was quoted one price when I called in and given a higher price when I arrived. The employee (Chris) made no eye contact and has a nasty attitude. My card was charged double when I returned my car back from getting my car repaired from Gerber Collision. When asked about my refund, they stated if takes 7-10 days. It has passed that point and still no refund! I will definitely contact corporate and have this issue resolved. Please stay away from this place as it is not professional service at all. They don't even answer their phones!!
Oh and to update my review from last week, it gets BETTER. When I returned my car a day early, the guy walks outside and says oh you're paying a $100 cleaning fee because there is dog hair in the car. GUESS WHAT? I dont own a dog!!! This is nothing but a discrimination situation, the guy was mad I caused a big stink and got him into trouble for not showing up for a documented pick up time. Guess what? I won't be paying any of it.
