Super nice staff, super helpful. You don't necessarily need appointments, you can just show up and get taken care of right away. They can also check your tire pressure for free.
Tim, the manager, sat down with me and discussed options, his opinion, and so on. My car was misdiagnosed many times (from other mechanics) and discount tire was able to rule out tires being an issue, while finding a bend rim and directing me in the right place for the other car issues. Service was/is phenomenal. The staff is very helpful and understanding. My tires and car is always taken care of. And the pricing is just right.
The place is clean and professional and the employees are all attentive and helpful! They really helped my husband when his car was giving him trouble. After literally SIX trips to CarMax (only thanks to a warranty), where they made the problem worse and worse, Discount Tire figured out the problem very quickly and fixed it just as fast. Basically you'll get quick service, done right and with a smile. They have lifelong customers with us!

Discount tire went above and beyond, and saved me in more ways than one, I'll never go anywhere else for my tires. I went to Discount Tire because there was a nail in my tire but the tire wasn't deflated yet. When I went to see them they were very friendly and honest and offered to just patch it up for me. When they took my tire off, however, they realized that a previous mechanic had put the wrong lug nuts on my wheels (only a couple of weeks before this). This is an incredibly unsafe situation, the wheels on my car were not being held on properly. Not only did they fix this for me, they walked me through the entire process, gave me diagrams, and taught me all of the terms I needed to know so I could get a refund from the original mechanic who put the wrong ones on. They prevented a potentially horrible situation from happening, and at the same time made sure I understood what was going on so I could speak confidently to another mechanic.
