Took my car for a diagnosis and possible fix. After two days, I called and asked if they had a chance to look at it yet. They said no, and I asked for them to let me know when they thought they could take a look because we didn't want to be without the car for too long. He promised to call me back later that day to give me a time estimate. He never called back and two days later I went and picked up my car. They were not professional when I picked up the car. In addition to being unprofessional when I picked it up, they also didn't ask or care why I was picking it up before they looked at it. No apologies, no help, no good.
Was told by them to meet them when they open in the morning at 8AM. It is now 9:15 and still nobody is answering the phone. If my car actually ran then I would've left but alas, I'm forced to still give them my business. Definitely deserving of one star.
Took one vehicle in for an oil change, service was done quick and easy. Took another vehicle in that was about ready for one same day and same turn around. Would recommend to others looking for quick service.
Intelligence concurs, that a truly honest business would not need to brand itself in a way as to include the actual word "honest", for the consumer to be able to have a way to connect them, to the concept.
I can trust that I am not being taken advantage of and the work will be great. I highly recommend Honest Engines!

When I picked up my car I immediately discovered that they had left the windows open and the local alley cat had torn up my seat and sprayed in my car. When I confronted the head to toe'd, tattooed gentleman about the situation, he lied to me, stating that there was no way that had happened at his place. He also stated that there were no cats around his place; but, after looking around as I left, I found this to be completely untrue, because (head steaming) as I made my exit from the establishment, with my (seemingly intentionally) horribly drafted copy, of my hand written receipt, I noticed that there was a bowl of food out, and paw prints on the cars."
