Everyone is super friendly. Very welcoming vibe. Orion has the most knowledge I've ever witnessed. I asked random questions on ATVs, the side by sides, and on his used bikes. AMAZING! Kaylan answered all my financing questions. I know I had to be annoying but they both didn't even flinch to all my stupid questions. Thank you for your patience. They have earned my business. You rock!!
Been here 3 times now and they always help out and cut me a deal with prices. They accept walk ins too. Have helped me when my brakes went out as soon as I pulled in. Chris has always helped me out and is honest. He gives you every option for your vehicle. Pete’s a great mechanic too. Funny and experienced. Recommend them 100%
Called at 9:00 (when they open) to ask if they could pickup a bike and they said it would be about an hour. They only asked for the address not a name or number. I called back after an hour and a half of waiting and they said they would send someone as soon as possible and THEN took my name and number. Waited another hour, by this time its 11:30 and STILL no sign of anyone. Finally got tired of waiting and took our business elsewhere. Received a call 4 hours after the time they originally said they would be there. Meanwhile we are 10 minutes down the road from where they are located and they told us it would be $60 to pick it up. Unprofessional.

I would be negligent not say the sales team and technicians truly are the best. I’ve been going to Orion since I moved from South Florida three years ago. Honestly, their pricing is competitive to say the least and they treat you like family rather than just a valued customer. Bike sales pricing is the best in a 100-mile radius (verified) and their service department is truly awesome. Special acknowledgement to the Suzuki Guru Chris who’s also the Service Department Director and Orion for reviving my bike before a long seven-hour trip back home!
