If this company had handled losing my key like real professionals instead of trying to make me feel bad for how much it cost them to fix their mistake, it would have been fine. But their poor handling of the situation will cause me to never go back or ever recommend this establishment.
While the price was right to fix the issue we were having on our Toyota Matrix, the terrible experience happened after we went to pick up our car. When we arrived after being told the car was ready, they couldn't find our key. Turns out they gave our key to someone else and couldn't figure out who so: 1) A stranger somewhere in town had a key to our car and 2) This is our only car and we had made plans for the weekend where it was required. They ended up calling a lock smith days later to have a new key made. When I called to see if the car was ready, an employee (I think the owner) complained to me saying how this job ended up being one that cost him as much as his annual family vacation. So I was being made to feel bad even though I was the customer inconvenienced and it wasn't my mistake that was costing so much. When we eventually went in to pick up the car, turns out the locksmith who made the replacement key removed the whole side door key panel incorrectly and some plastic clips were now broken, causing the side panel to slide around and not properly attach to the door. At this point we were done with this place and went elsewhere to fix this new issue caused by them giving our key to someone else.
Don't trust your care to anyplace else. They won't do anything you don't need and really believe in building customer loyalty. My family has brought our cars here for years. When my wife needed a quick adjustment to the undercarriage they told her not to worry about paying and to "bring it back when something really goes wrong". Straight shooters and experts at all areas of repair.

My truck's engine had overheated on the interstate a month ago in the evening, and had it towed here the following morning. I work at an after school, and whenever our pick up vans have problems our boss takes them here, so this was the first place that came to mind. My experience was very positive, they treated me very well, and really cared for there customers. Unfortunately, my truck needed a new engine, which basically meant I needed a new car since it was a relatively old car. I would recommend calling ahead since they are quite busy. I would definitely recommend if your car needs work. Will take my next car when it needs work.
