LOVE MY NEW MULE! Rides and handle's great. Makes me feel safe. Compared other models, but they just didn't measure up. In my opinion the bed size & capacity, V-TWIN engine,"is really smooth & quiet" plus a 3-YEAR WARRANTY. Others like Polaris, Kubota, John Deer did not come close. Brian in sales helped to make a deal I just couldn't turn down. Jason the operations mgr. has promoted a good customer relations attitude with his staff. After meeting the service dept. adviser & manager, I feel all my service needs will be in good hands. Everyone was very kind & helpful. I do recommend.
Great place. The people here are super nice and are welcome to a nice conversation. They are even nice enough to offer you a free coke with some chips! Where else do they do that?
Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are always ready and eager to talk about the gear, the equipment and the sport. I love going to this place to see the bikes and soak up the atmosphere even thought I didn't buy my last bike from them since they don't happen to sell Ducatis.
My battery died about 2-miles down the road; Red Hill picked up my ’07 Vulcan and installed a new battery all for just the cost of the battery. This is a reasonable Dealership filled with people who ride. They are going to do what they can to get you the best deal, to be as helpful as they can and to get you riding as soon as possible.
Their new store is very nice. I cannot recommend buying a motorcycle here though. The financing process was slow (over 24 hours) and incomplete(never updated on definite down payment/interest rate/etc.) While waiting for details on my purchase from this store, I contacted an out of town dealership who brought a deal to me within two hours and delivered my motorcycle to me next day. The out of town store actually submitted my information to the same loan company and informed me where Red Hills had me paying over double the down payment for the same motorcycle/higher payments. It was a sketchy experience which is a bummer since they're my local shop.
