Conveniently located right along a major road (capital circle). The location is situated on a small property that can only accommodate around 4 cars for vacuuming and the line builds up pretty fast waiting for your turn to get a car wash. The service is great and they provide 4 different types of car washes depending on the amount one would like to spend in getting their car cleaned. Easy ingress and egress is why i would recommend this place to people looking for a car wash.
Went back Later same day and spoke to mean older Caucasian guy, he was more pleasant and said don't worry about high oil level on dip stick. But then again, he was the high rpm over rev engine guy and over-fill my oil same-guy. Why on earth would I believe him?
Great service. There was no wait and I was done in less than 20 minutes.
Went in for oil change. Large older white guy who seemed to be the manager, was odd. When explained had problem at previous oil change place he over exaggerated every move holding my filter up to the camera, he refused to assist a young man under my vehicle who needed help with the oil plug, finally another young man came to help the 1st young man who just needed a little help under the vehicle. Not a helpful Mgr to his own employees. This is the part that was really bad on this older Caucasian (Mgr?) guy: supposed to idle the vehicle after filling with fresh oil. No this guy revved my little engine for everything he could, ensuring the most damage possible, as the oil was not circulated yet thru engine.
Man these giys go above and beyond. I broke down at mahan and cap circle and called them on the phone and they came and helped push me out of traffic! Didnt ask for anything just ran right down to help! Great people that remember its the little things that matter
I give ZERO stars to mean, hateful, destructive, disrespectful big Caucasian old guy (Mgr?) who did all he could to blow up my engine, over-revving engine after oil just put in with no time for oil to circulate thru engine. Also he overfilled my oil as oil on dip-stick read well over the full mark on dip stick. Very certain too much oil plus over revving engine will blow up and ruin an engine.
I give 5 stars to the employees who worked there, they were friendly, helpful, and nice.
Prior to my visit here, we had no issues with our battery. No delayed starts or anything. Mysteriously the car wouldn't start when the oil change was completed. Of course they were nice and offered to sell me a new battery, which I refused. I had to replace the battery the following day. To make matters worse, two days I discovered the oil cover dragging on the ground. Something else we had no issues with prior to their services.
All employees super nice, friendly, humble except the old, big, Caucasian guy who was, I am guessing, the Mgr.
