Dr. Maitland and staff were nice and professional! However, I agree completely with a previous post. I had no results from my tests and was called by two to three physical therapists to set up appointments - I kept telling them I was waiting for results. Shouldn't we have results before treatment is proposed - just herding cattle and cashing paychecks. I had to call for results which were inconclusive. I was still sent for physical therapy which I cannot afford and has not helped at all. My vertigo has gotten worse and am now seeking a 2nd opinion.

I was referred to Dr. Maitland by a neurologist and had tests ran on April 20. To date, I haven't received the results of the tests. A week after my tests, a physical therapist's office called me to set up an appointment for me and I knew nothing about it. Dr. Maitland's office had referred me to a physical therapist and had not even checked with me or discussed with me as to why I needed to go. My referring neurologist's office has requested the results of my tests twice and I have called them about sending the results and each time we were assured it would be done. As of today, we still have not received the results of my tests. In my opinion, this is how patients can fall through the cracks.
Always listens. I have been been a patient for over 20 years. Often the wait time is long. However, I find it a worth it. He pays me careful attention to my issues. He is a compassionate doctor.
