The staff is professional. The wait was short. The waiting room and office areas are clean and welcoming. The doctor is professional, and open to listening to his patients. He doesn't make you feel like you're wrong about your body or your symptoms.
Dr. GAO is amazing! Best choice I could have made to go to see her.
Nurses are pretty nice, but to the Dr. Mangan and the front desk staff you're definitely just an account number. The NP Kimberly shined to us and if we had just dealt with her, my review would be higher. She was happy to listen and try her best to help us figure out what was going on. If you're lucky you might get Kimberly and Valerie otherwise I'd take a pass.
Everyone was very pleasant and were concerned that they understand my medical history and wanted me to understand the colonoscopy process.
