I am very disappointed with the office staff! I'm unsure of the young lady's name, however her communication skills need improvement. I looked up a provider on google and used the phone number which was linked. Upon answer of the call, I informed the lady on the line that I needed to verify an appointment. She was unable to locate my dtg's name in their system. After, I explained again which doctor I was loooking for she rudely stated we don't have that doctor here and hung up. I called back to apology for the misunderstanding and was hung up on again. As a mother, fellow heathcare professional and business owner I know that excellent customer service is an essential skill. As I am familiar with Dr. Peele, I hope that this review along with many others is taken in to consideration and improvement occurs at the Children's Clinic.
I would have given 5 stars but I missed an appointment due to family emergency then hurricane hermine hit I called today and was told out of 7 months of coming to their office me missing one appointment caused my son to be taken off the patients list. That is the most obsurd thing I've heard when I tried calling same day and the phone was busy the entire day. Usually there is a fee but to dismiss him? Ridiculous.
The office staff here is the worst I've ever experienced, I was rudely placed on hold while I was speaking because the receptionist didn't have knowledge of what I was asking, she never returned. Furthermore, getting documents here is like pulling teeth and when you do get them there not properly signed or there missing information, then you return them to be told that they need 24 hour notice wow, good friendly customer service is faiding rapidly here.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I totally agree with Jessica Muhammad I think I was discriminated against. They cheated me out of my co payment and then kicked me out of the practice because their employee did not follow office protocol. They accused me of being a liar and the office manager stereotyped me as soon as she saw me; when I was only trying to resolve the discrepancy of me paying my co payment at the time of visit(which I did pay by the way)she told me that her staff would not lie and basically that I was the one not telling the truth. They hurt my feelings and attacked my character and on top of that kicked my baby out told me that they will no longer see the child, but I guess everything happens for a reason my baby should be in better caring hands.
EXTREMLEY NONPROFESSIONAL!!! The office staff is disrespectful. The waiting room seems to ALWAYS be filthy. I will NEVER go back there. There are plenty other pediatricians in Tallahassee (THANK GOD). The office receptionist has a belittling tone and attitude. I am looking into finding a lawyer, because I am clear that my children, my family have experienced discrimination in this awful place! Stay tuned, this should make the news!
