Called for an appointment because a mostly healed incision from a surgery I had a month ago seemed like it was getting infected and the doctor who did my surgery wasn’t available. The receptionist refused to schedule me because I didn’t have the surgery there, even though I told her the doctor who did the surgery wasn’t available. She said that I HAD to see the EXACT doctor that did the surgery, and then contradicted herself saying I should just see another doctor in my surgery doctors practice. I’m getting my medical records and leaving. They obviously don’t care about their patients.
Dr. Perry always takes his time with us, has great bedside manner and I never have to wait long for an appointment.
