We have had an amazing experience with Dr. Ayala and his staff! He is wonderful to my neice and explains everything great.
Never received the opportunity to see Dr. Ayala because the front desk staff treated me like I was unable to pay all because I requested to pay my 40.00 co-pay at checkout. Neurologist is a scary place and I was simply dismissed. They need more customer service training, not all people of color are the same.
Dr. Ayala is great, as well as his staff. He explains things greatly, and is such a wonderful person!
He wanted my wife to take a pill to terminate pregnancy til “He” was ready for us to get pregnant. It upsetted my wife and we left and found a better one that cares about how we feel about where our lives go and willing to work in anyway for us to be comfortable. We try to lead everyone we know from this guy.
