Dr Mackay is the best most caring and most trusted doctor I have ever had. I am 65 years old and been blessed with many highly qualified physicians over the years for a multitude of problems. Dr. Mackay has often been the one to recognize my medical issues and get me the proper care. And his suggestions for basic preventative measures have been particularly helpful.

Dr. MacKay and Kim (Dr. Kim) are the BEST of the BEST. I have never had an issue with this office nor the staff. The staff has the knowledge of everything around them. They are on top of every patient and their medical issues. Love this office, would not leave it for one reason they care about YOU and your HEALTH
I've been seeing this place for years and they've been great, however the new receptionist doesn't actually answer your phone calls. EVER. I only call when I need them to call in my prescription and it takes HOURS for them to return a call they probably could've answered at the time and handled in under 2 minutes. I'm not saying they're never busy but I've never had my phone call answered since the change, and every time i walk in there, the phone lines are dead and there may be 1 other person in the waiting room. Phenomenal Doctors/people , horrible reception skills.
Dr. MacKay and PA Kim are great, but reception never answers the phone. It takes days and many attempts to get a refill called in. Then you have to call the pharmacy repeatedly to see if they have received authorization. Very frustrating.
Over the past 11 years, my experiences with Dr. Mackay, Nurse Practitioner Gray, and the staff exceeded my expectations and that is saying a lot considering that I am a 57 year old Black American Female. In addition to addressing annual physicals and other health concerns, the team provided me with amazing support as I navigated the death of my moms, divorce, work, and completion of a doctorate degree. I highly recommend this medical team.
