Dr. Mignon is a good doctor, I've been going to her for almost a year now. The receptionist is nice and so is the nurse in the office as well. I haven't had a bad experience yet. they call to remind me when my appointment is coming up and I never wait very late. They always work around my schedule, I appreciate that!
4. I waited several weeks for my Pap smear result and called to get the news, but was told they couldn't go over the results by phone...its a Pap smear! Ive always had my results given to me by phone from my regular gynecologist. They seem money hungry and just wanted me to come in to pay their co pay.
Worst medical care experiences I've ever had. I went out on a limb and decided to go to this practice for my annual "well woman check" rather than my usual gynecologist and I deeply regret this decision.
I hate this place. The Receptionist are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The wait times are absurd. Seriously. Arrive 15 minutes early for an appointment, wait 1h20 minutes to be seen. Seriously. This place is the worst. The receptionist were SO RUDE, the medical staff are OUT OF SYNC!!!
Had my new patient appointment today and was extremely impressed with the staff and their attention to detail. All of my concerns were addressed professionally and carefully. I am so pleased to have Dr Emenike as my provider.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Long wait times and an incompetent staff. Very disappointed.
3. She told me I had a condition but did not explain to me anything about its pathology or how to address it
Should be ZERO Stars. WORST Doctor ever.
Other events have happened that really showed how not knowledgeable their staff is. I have never seen Dr. Mignon personally during my 5 visits nor have I even heard that she was in the office. She's pretty much got her name on everything but doesn't actually show up to see patients it seems.
Will be changing ASAP
2. She was not thorough in her examination and forgot to do my breast exam after the Pap smear
Do NOT bring your child or family members here. Everytime I come I see a different nurse practitioner. I ask her a simple allergy question and she tells me " I don't know" I absolutely will not recommend anyone to be seen here. The medical assistant has been saying my sons name wrong for over a year and I've been correcting him for over a year. I feel as though any question gets brushed off. I took my mother here and we immediately got her a new doctor. The incompetence is rediculous. I don't even know how this place stays open.
