Dr. Oliver and his staff are the best! The make you feel so comfortable.
I arrived for my appointment only to be told by the receptionist that it had been canceled. Confused, I asked for an explanation. She first claimed that I had called to cancel. I denied this and she changed her story. "We called to confirm your appointment and you canceled." I told her I had never received that phone call. She changed her story again. "Whoever answered the phone canceled." Wanting to give her the benefit of the doubt, I checked my recent calls. There was neither an outgoing nor a received call from their office number. Furthermore, no one other than myself can answer my phone because it has a fingerprint lock. She put my appointment back on the books, however, this employee has completely lost my trust.
Dr. Whit is great but lately his office staff has not been. I called weekly for over month with no one responding to me. I finally left a message for his assistant and she returned my call. I got an appointment schedule for two weeks later so six weeks AFTER I originally called. Then my husband tried over the past two weeks with the same issue. He had to drive to the office to speak with someone. We are seriously considering changing doctors due to these concerns. :(
I have been with Dr. Oliver since 1995. Excellent clinician.
