Never even got in to see anyone. The office staff is so disorganized, I would be worried to put my life/health in the hands of anyone associated with this office. My doctor sent a referral to Tallahassee Pulmonary in August twice, another in September and they LOST all three. I called and the young lady who answered was extremely rude and refused to research the missing referrals, even though the other 5 my surgeon's office sent out had been received with no problem. She was very snippy and a perfect example of bad customer service. I had my surgeon's office call them and they told them that there would be no appointments until February or March. They lost my referrals and my surgery (supposed to be next month) would have to be moved. Thank goodness my surgeon's office was able to get me in at Shands. Worth the drive to avoid this cluster of an office.
Wish ZERO stars were an option!!! Called and left message for my doctor at TPC for 3 days now with ZERO response!!! Was diagnosed with sleep apnea but have severe allergies which were not taken into account. Current mask is killing me!! Barely getting 2 hours sleep now... EXHAUSTED and in tears!!!! They do not care!!!!
Absoluyely the best pulmonary and frankly any medicak service I've had here in Tallahassee. I don't understand the low reviews. I was asked if I www antes a full breathing test that was unscheduled for My appointment. It only took 15 minutes and was very thorough. Shrmayne.was very professional and super nice. Dr Hassan is always a gr e at guy and professional. Very fast service but they answer all of your questions too. Very pleased.
My husband gets the worst service. Their patient care is awful. I wish there was someone else to go to.
Dr Fernandez and nurse Amy are wonderful. After wasting over a year with an incompetent pulmonologist in Thomasville, we switched to Dr Fernandez. Several weeks later he correctly diagnosed my husbands problem and set him on the road to restored health.
