Excellent service
I was not offered any help or advice in solving the problem. They simply told me no.
First, I was ignored by the receptionist. Then was refused service because they wouldn't accept my pdf insurance card from my insurance app and they wouldn't accept an email to print it out. I understand if it's the policy, but don't talk down to the customer. Very rude and incompetent service.
Dr Tie has an outstanding reputation in the area. She is an excellent Doctor. Have always had excellent service and thorough exams . Minor surgeries in the office were handled great. Would recommend to anyone. Many of my DRS refer me to Dr Tie, and their families go to her also.
