07/3/17 our daughter split her foot right open doing gymnastics and it was in a terrible spot between two toes. We got there at 8:25 pm and they were finishing up for the day. We felt so bad going there instead of the emergency room. However the entire staff was fantastic and very understanding and sweet. They are the definition of professionalism. They are all angels and hero's . They took their time stitching up her foot even though it was in the most difficult spot possible. God bless them, they went above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Best in town , hands down !
Don't race here and get here at 8:50 when your 7 year old daughter can't swallow and her throat may be closing. You will likely be turned away. Supposed to be walk in and open until 9. I don't even know why TMH even has this place here. Horrible and uncaring receptionist who was lazy and just sat there while my daughter was frightened and complained that she was scared because she felt like she could not swallow.. Hope the receptionist finds herself in a similar scary situation with herself or one of her loved ones and gets turned away....
Can't say enough good things about my experience. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Same for medical staff in the back. I can see why it is best to get there early. I was taken back promptly, but the facility was packed when I left. I generally see my regular physician, but I fell ill over the weekend.
If you could give 0 stars, that still wouldn’t be adequate to the care my 3yo received (or I should say, didn’t receive). We waited an hr in the waiting room, went back ,& at this point both babies (twins) are losing their minds. They put us in a room & I entertained them as best I could. Mind you, my daughter had an ear infection she had been dealing with all weekend and we wouldn’t be able to get in to our dr for at least 24 hrs, so we went there. They eventually started throwing tantrums & a nurse came in wanting to know what was going on. HELLO?!
MY husband cut his foot on something in the ocean; very sharp shell or fish fun. He needed 7 stitches. He was there less than an hour for stitches and a tetanus shot. Even emailed the antibiotic to the local CVS.
